I’m a mom trying to get quick healthy dinners, made with whole foods, on the table every night. This has been my simple goal ever since I was a working mom.
Now I work from home and have more time to prepare real meals but it’s still a challenge for me. I want to make this task easy enough that I can choose to make an easy homemade “real food” meal instead of the cop-out “fast” frankenfood. I’m a firm believer that food is medicine.
I love to connect research on nutrition to real life. Since what we eat affects our mood, mental clarity, sleep, energy, and our waistlines, I will be sharing what I am learning so you can also benefit.
